Panel discussion “What do young people know about the Nineties? – Research on Young People’s Attitudes Toward the 1990s”

Join us for the discussion “What do young people knows about the nineties?”on Friday, February 27, at 7 PM.
Young people in Serbia believe that the nineties are important for understanding the society we live in today. This period is often not taught adequately in schools, while available sources are frequently biased, leading to incomplete and limited knowledge about the nineties among the youth. However, research shows that young people have clear perceptions and beliefs about this period
We will talk with psychologist-researchers about how these attitudes develop in generations that grew up after the conflicts, as well as their psychological and political consequences.
Psychologists Ana Đorđević, Marija Branković and Radoljub Jovanović, as well as historian Adrijana Vlahovljak, take part in the conversation.
The number of places is limited. Tickets at the price of RSD 300 are available at the Museum of the Nineties (Kneza Miloša 3, Belgrade) every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
By purchasing each ticket, you help the development of the program in the Museum of the Nineties.
